About People Element

We provide the tools to listen, understand, and inspire your people like never before

Our story

People Element was founded in 1988 as a leadership development company. Due to customer demand in the early 2000’s, we expanded our offering to encompass the full employee lifecycle. We successfully helped organizations outperform their peers in employee engagement and retention by providing a proven process and practiced expertise.

In 2017 we developed The People Element Platform, an employee voice solution that incorporated our process and expertise into a feedback tool that could also provide speed, ease, and efficiency.

Today, we are continuously updating our offerings so that our clients can most effectively listen and understand their team. Our users continue to outperform their peers by using the power of the platform to quickly and confidently act on their employee feedback.

“There is no single more important ingredient to what we do and how we excel at PE than our people. Their commitment and hard work is unmatched. I am honored and proud to work alongside each one of them.”

— Chris Coberly, CEO

My favorite thing about working at People Element is the trust and confidence leadership has in their employees to be problem solvers and solution creators. I know I have all the support and resources needed when taking on/leading a project.
