How does People Element pricing work?
Pricing is based on number of employees who will be surveyed. You will be able to send unlimited surveys to your set survey population.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup, onboarding, user, or any hidden fees! Get setup and surveying as fast as the same day.
How will I be billed?
You will be billed annually via invoice.
What type of onboarding will I receive?
Onboarding will begin with a Welcome Meeting to kick off our partnership and understand your unique needs. Then we will thoroughly train you and your team to get you into the platform quickly. Our support team is there for you every step of the way to make sure you have what you need to launch your first survey.
How long before I can send my first survey?
You decide your timeline for launching your first survey. Some clients have launched in the same day, and some clients plan for months before launching. However, we find that the sweet spot for most is roughly about a month after starting with People Element to give you enough time to set up your survey and communicate to your participants.
Will my data be private and safe?
