Over the past 3 years LifeView Group has utilized the People Element platform to administer an annual employee engagement survey. In 2024 their hard work paid off by hitting multiple milestones. This accomplishment was the result of a strategic and deliberate approach to action planning and acting on employee feedback.

The organization’s journey began with listening. Through bi-annual forums, Q&A sessions, employee resource groups, and engagement surveys, open and accessible feedback channels were established. These avenues allowed a deep understanding of what mattered most to team members.

Additionally, the organization achieved their best Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), over a 3-year period. As a key indicator of employee advocacy, this shows an increasing sentiment of employees recommending LifeView Group as a good place to work.

LifeView Group’s engagement level has been steadily increasing over the 3-year period as well. In 2024 they achieved their highest engagement yet and entered the top quartile of People Element’s engagement benchmark data.
